{ drink ME }


Jen asked what water bottles I use...

For short runs I use this.

For out & about, at my desk & yoga class, I use this or this.

For long runs or hikes I use this.

And from the store or gas station I love Smartwater.

I try to avoid using plastics and you can't go wrong with any of the cool, eco-friendly sigg bottles.

Cool post. I use the Nathon on all my long runs but I get a cramp in my shoulder cause I only carry it on the right. I've tried the Fuelbelt one bottle carrier but it bounces around. What do you carry in your halfs or full marathons?

Hi Rachel - I'm going to try using the North Face pack....because I need to drink lots of water - I'm not one of those runners who can go several miles without anything. I haven't founda {waist belt} that doesn't bounce around too much. I have a friend who uses a KIDS camelback - she said its great for 1/2 and full marathons because it fits in the swell of her back and isn't too big. So I might test one of those out next time I'm in an outdoor store.
