{ august challenge...Fit ME }
Stay tuned for more information on August's challenge...Fit ME Month.
My goals for the month are: to workout everyday; jump starting training for a fall 1/2 marathon; get toned; and to lose 5 lbs....all in ONE month.
Just wanted to give you a heads up so you can get EXCITED and MOTIVATED along with ME!

I'm also training for a Fall 1/2 marathon and kicked off my training this week. August is all about endurance training! Fit Me!!!

WOOHOO! Count me in too - I need a major kick in the booty!
WAHOO is right - I am so in - and am ready for the challenge!! :) I'm going to start training for a trail run, 8k in the fall and to be FIT for surfing this winter - oh yes and for a Mt Bike week in Sedona coming up soon... I am excited!! :) Let's do this!! :)

We will kick it off tomorrow - I'll be posting my weekly workout plans each Monday and my results each Sunday.
I'll also fill you in on some of the ways I am going to go about doing this - what classes I am going to take, who I am going to train/run with, etc.

You can do it!!! Running is my saving grace right now. One tip: download some sweet music that will motivate you. Wow, a 1/2 marathon???

Hi Amy! Yes, I figured go big or go home. I'm going to do the Moab 1/2 Marathon in October. Signed up today. More on that plan later.
I bet running has been a SANITY saver for you lately. I wish running was a SANITY saver for ME, like Yoga is. I enjoy yoga, not so much running...
