hi lindsay! i make lots of different kinds but fave is: (family size) -
2 bananas, 1 cup of frozen mango, 1 glass of water, 1 cup of baby spinach and 1 scoop of whey protein.

another good one is:
1 cup of strawberries, 2 bananas, 1/2 bunch of romaine lettuce and water.

total yum! sweet potato fries ROCK with my kids. I swear I tore out that same page for fish tacos. every night sounds so delicious.
