1. See a Chiropractor
2. Laugh hard
3. Scatter your workouts
4. Sleep at least seven hours a night
5. See an acupuncturist
6. Meditate
7. Perform cardiovascular exercise at least four times a week
8. Stretch
9. Eat organic food
10. Be wary of medications
How many of these do you do? I don't see a chiropractor or an acupuncturist and I try to get 7 hours of sleep a night but it doesn't always happen....7/10 isn't too bad, is it?
