We are up in Boulder, Colorado for the birth of our neice (Ella Vaughn) who arrived into this world 3 1/2 months early to the surprise of EVERYONE. She & mom are doing well after 4 stressful days in the ICU.
Anyway, this morning I decided I needed a little ZEN time after all of the hospital time so I attended a free yoga class at Lululemon...it was a delightful (and crowded) yoga flow class followed by tea and bagels and shopping. I got their bootcamp gym bag; a pair of black outdoor long shorts and a few new tops. Nothing like yoga class followed up by some retail therapy to start your Sunday off right!
